🫓 2-Ingredient Keto Flatbread

A super simple low-carb keto flatbread made with only two ingredients. Soft, flexible, and perfect for wraps, sandwiches, or dipping. 🥙

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

(Optional: pinch of garlic powder or Italian seasoning for flavor)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Melt cheese

Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave 45–60 seconds, stirring halfway until melted.

2️⃣ Mix

Stir until the mixture forms a smooth dough.

3️⃣ Shape

  1. Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
  2. Roll into a thin circle or rectangle.

4️⃣ Cook

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
Cook flatbread 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.

5️⃣ Serve

Slice and use for:
