🧾 Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
Optional:
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- Extra parmesan for topping

Place chicken breasts in the crockpot/slow cooker.
2️⃣ Make sauce
In a bowl whisk together:
- heavy cream
- chicken broth
- garlic
- parmesan
- Italian seasoning
- paprika
- pepper
Pour over the chicken.
3️⃣ Add extras
Top with:
- sun-dried tomatoes
- mushrooms (optional)
- butter pieces
4️⃣ Cook
Cook on:
- LOW for 4–5 hours or
- HIGH for 2–3 hours
5️⃣ Finish
About 10 minutes before serving, stir in fresh spinach and let it wilt.
