🧾 Ingredients
Chaffle Base
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch garlic powder
Pizza Toppings
- 2 tbsp sugar-free pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 10–12 pepperoni slices
- Optional: olives, mushrooms, bell peppers
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make chaffle batter
In a bowl mix:
- egg
- mozzarella
- almond flour
- Italian seasoning
- garlic powder
2️⃣ Cook chaffles
- Preheat a mini waffle maker.
- Add half the mixture to the waffle maker.
- Cook 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Repeat for the second chaffle.
3️⃣ Add pizza toppings
Spread pizza sauce on each chaffle.
Add mozzarella and your favorite toppings.
4️⃣ Melt cheese
Place in the oven or air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes until cheese melts.
