1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan.
2️⃣ Mix all crust ingredients. Press firmly into pan. Bake 8–10 minutes.
3️⃣ Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add yogurt, egg, sweetener, protein powder, vanilla, and butter. Beat until creamy.
4️⃣ Pour filling over warm crust.
5️⃣ Bake 18–22 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
