Cheeseburger Filling
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- ยฝ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp ketchup (sugar-free for keto)
- 1 tsp mustard
Wrap
- 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- ยผ cup diced pickles
- ยผ cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
Optional Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup

1๏ธโฃ Cook the beef
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in ketchup and mustard and cook another 1โ2 minutes.
2๏ธโฃ Assemble wraps
- Lay lettuce leaves or tortillas flat.
- Place a slice of cheese in the center.
- Add 3โ4 tablespoons of beef on top.
- Sprinkle pickles, tomatoes, and onions.
3๏ธโฃ Wrap and grill
- Fold the wrap like a burrito.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan with a little butter.
- Grill wraps 2โ3 minutes per side until crispy and cheese melts.

Slice in half and drizzle with the optional burger sauce.
