  • 2–3 lemongrass stalks, smashed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3–4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 Thai red chilies, sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2–3 tbsp fish sauce (to taste)
  • 1–2 tbsp lime juice (to taste)
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

1️⃣ Prepare broth

  • In a pot, combine chicken broth, coconut milk, galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves.
