Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Wings Recipe

Rebecca
When I tried recreating the famous Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Wings at home, I knew I had a winner. Juicy, golden-crisp chicken wings coated in a luscious garlic parmesan sauce? Yes, please!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings 2 pounds, whole or pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce store-bought or homemade

Instructions

  • Start by patting the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. 🍗 This step helps ensure crispy results. Place the wings in a large mixing bowl and season with salt and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C). While it heats up, arrange the wings in a single layer in the basket. 😉 Be sure not to overcrowd them for even cooking.
  • Cook the wings for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through. 🔄 Keep an eye on them during the last few minutes to avoid overcooking. You’ll know they’re ready when they’re golden and crispy on the outside.
  • Time to bring the flavor! 🥳 Transfer the hot wings into a large clean bowl. Pour the creamy garlic parmesan sauce over the wings and toss until everything is thoroughly coated.
  • Serve the wings straight away. Pair them with celery sticks or your favorite dip for the ultimate treat. 🎉

Notes

  • Use a Meat Thermometer: Ensure the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F for safety. This also guarantees the meat stays tender and juicy.
  • Don’t Overcrowd the Basket: The wings need space for the hot air to circulate. Crowding them will ruin that crispy exterior.
  • Adjust to Your Liking: Want extra garlic flavor? Add some minced garlic or garlic powder to the sauce before coating the wings.
  • Watch Cooking Time Closely: Overcooked wings can turn dry quickly. Keep a close eye during the last few cooking minutes.
