  • Taco seasoning mix
  • Chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating olive oil in your pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until the pieces are no longer pink, which should take about 5-7 minutes. Take the chicken out of the pot and set it aside for later. 🍗
  • Add a bit more oil to the pot if needed, then toss in your chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté them for about 3-4 minutes until they’re soft and fragrant. Add minced garlic and cook for just 30 seconds more to release its aroma. 🧄
