Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice divided
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a food processor, blend lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oil, garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Marinate the Wings: Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or zip-top bag, pour in the marinade, and let them sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Air Fry the Wings: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Arrange the wings in a single layer and cook for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook in batches if needed.
  • Optional Dipping Sauce: While the wings cook, make a half batch of the marinade to use as a dip or to brush over the wings after cooking.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness.

Half Batch Dipping Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
