- 6 tablespoons lemon juice divided
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Prepare the Marinade: In a food processor, blend lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oil, garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
Marinate the Wings: Place the chicken wings in a large bowl or zip-top bag, pour in the marinade, and let them sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Air Fry the Wings: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Arrange the wings in a single layer and cook for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook in batches if needed.
Optional Dipping Sauce: While the wings cook, make a half batch of the marinade to use as a dip or to brush over the wings after cooking.
