Garlic Butter Steak Bites Recipe

I have to tell you, making these Garlic Butter Steak Bites was one of the best decisions I've made in a while. There's something magical about tender steak pieces drenched in a rich, buttery garlic sauce that’s simply irresistible.
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
Total Time 25 minutes mins
- Sirloin steak
- Butter
- Garlic
- Fresh thyme
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges
Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels. This is an important step to ensure a perfect sear. Season generously with salt and black pepper for a mouthwatering taste.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, melting a tablespoon of butter until it’s hot and bubbly. Gently place the steak pieces in a single layer. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes until you get that golden-brown crust. Remove the steak bites and set them aside.
Using the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Toss in minced garlic and thyme leaves. Sauté for about a minute or until the garlic becomes fragrant and golden–it smells divine! 👌
Add the seared steak bites back into the skillet, tossing them until they’re fully coated in the rich garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor. Serve immediately with lemon wedges for a zesty twist. 🍋
- Pat Steak Dry: Drying the steak ensures it gets that irresistible crust when seared.
- Use a Hot Pan: A hot skillet is key for achieving a golden exterior on the steak bites.
- Don’t Overcrowd the Pan: Cook in batches if needed to avoid steaming instead of searing.
- Personalize the Garlic: Add more or less garlic based on your flavor preference.
