  • Honey
  • Garlic

  • Start by cutting your steak into bite-sized pieces. Use a paper towel to pat them dry; this ensures a better sear. Sprinkle them with a generous pinch of salt and pepper on all sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the steak pieces in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, just until they get a lovely brown crust. Don’t overcrowd the pan; sear in batches, if necessary. Remove the steak bites and set them aside on a plate.
  • Using the same skillet (don't rinse it; those brown bits pack flavor!), add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until it’s fragrant. Next, stir in honey and soy sauce. Simmer the mixture for 2 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
  • Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet. Toss them in the sauce until they’re evenly coated and warmed through. The honey garlic glaze will beautifully cling to each piece.
  • Turn off the heat and sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the steak for a pop of color and flavor. Serve immediately for maximum yumminess!
