Ingredients

  • 2 lbs turkey wings patted dry
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions

  • Start by patting the turkey wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This step is key to getting that beautiful crispy skin. Next, mix salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, and parsley in a small bowl. Rub this mixture generously over each wing so every inch is seasoned to perfection.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup and place the wings in an even layer. Bake them for 1 hour, flipping the wings halfway through to ensure they cook evenly and crisp up beautifully. Your kitchen will start smelling heavenly as they bake!
  • While the wings are in the oven, work on the sauce. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Reduce the heat to low and mix in an extra pinch of lemon pepper seasoning for a finishing touch. The rich, buttery aroma will have your mouth watering in anticipation.
  • Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot lemon butter sauce over the wings and toss until they’re evenly coated. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a few lemon wedges for a beautiful presentation. Serve steaming hot and enjoy every bite!

Notes

  • Make-Ahead: Season the wings the day before and refrigerate them. Cook them fresh when you're ready.
  • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freezing: Freeze cooked wings for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge and reheat in the oven for crispy skin.
