When I made these Pull-Apart Cheeseburger Sliders for the first time, they were an instant hit! I love how simple they are to prepare and how their melty, cheesy goodness brings everyone back for seconds.

- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Yellow onion 1 medium, chopped
- Garlic 2 cloves, minced
- Ground beef 1 pound
- Yellow mustard 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Slider buns 12
- Cheddar cheese 12 slices
- Tomato 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Pickles ½ cup, sliced
- Butter 3 tablespoons, melted
- Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
- Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease your baking dish with cooking spray. This helps keep the sliders from sticking and makes cleanup a breeze.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute. Add the ground beef, crumbling it with a wooden spoon, and cook until brown, about 6 minutes. Drain any excess fat. Mix in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and cook for 2 more minutes for flavors to meld.
Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in the greased baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the buns, then place cheddar cheese slices on top. Add tomato slices and pickles for freshness and crunch. Finish with the top halves of the buns.
Melt the butter and mix it with garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for a classic burger feel. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns turn golden brown.
Use a spatula to lift the sliders out of the baking dish. Serve warm, and watch everyone enjoy pulling them apart!
