Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 4 slices cheese of choice
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Mix ground chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and roll them into balls.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Sear the chicken balls for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
  • Add cheese slices on top of each patty, then toast the buns lightly.
  • Assemble the burgers with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and the chicken patty with cheese.
  • Serve with fries or a salad and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a healthier twist, swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt or use whole-grain buns.
  • If you prefer extra spice, add cayenne pepper or chili flakes to the seasoning.
  • Leftover cooked patties can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet to keep the crispy texture.
