🥣 HAMBURGER SOUP (Crockpot)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups diced carrots
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.

🧀 CHEESEBURGER SOUP (Crockpot)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 medium russet potatoes, diced
  • ¾ cup diced carrots
  • ¾ cup diced celery
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain fat.
  2. Add beef, butter, potatoes, carrots, celery, broth, and seasonings to crockpot.
  3. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in cheese, milk, and sour cream during the last 30 minutes.
  5. Mix until creamy and smooth, then serve.

🌮 7 CAN TACO SOUP (Crockpot)

Ingredients

  • 15.25 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 15 oz can black beans, drained
  • 15 oz can chili beans
  • 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 14.5 oz can chicken broth
  • 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef; drain fat.
  2. Add all ingredients to crockpot.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
  5. Serve with optional toppings: sour cream, cheese, tortilla chips.

🍜 CRACK CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP (Crockpot)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, broth, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion, and carrots to crockpot.
  2. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  3. Shred chicken inside crockpot.
  4. Stir in cream, cheese, bacon, and noodles.
  5. Cook an additional 20–30 minutes until noodles are tender.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
