Cheesy Beef & Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients List:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 11 oz cooked broccoli (steamed about 5 minutes)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish (or similar size).
  2. Cook the Beef
    In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  3. Make It Creamy
    Return the beef to the skillet. Add garlic powder, paprika, crushed red pepper, and cream cheese. Stir over medium-low heat until fully combined and the cream cheese is melted and smooth.
  4. Assemble the Casserole
    Spread the cooked broccoli evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spoon the beef mixture over the broccoli.
  5. Add Cream & Cheese
    In a small bowl, mix heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Pour evenly over the casserole. Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone evenly on top.
  6. Bake
    Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned on top.
  7. Serve
    Serve hot. Pairs perfectly with a simple side salad.
