- 1 tspย vanilla extract

- 1โ2 tbspย lemon juice or almond milk

- Grease a donut pan or use silicone molds

- In a bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt

- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients
- Gently fold in blueberries
