1️⃣ Blend batter
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, orange zest, orange juice, baking powder, salt, and vanilla

2️⃣ Heat pan
- Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat
- Lightly grease with cooking spray or butter
