1️⃣ Make the crust

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar
  2. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish
  3. Chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes

2️⃣ Prepare the filling

  1. In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy

3️⃣ Assemble

  • Pour lemon filling into chilled crust
  • Smooth the top evenly

4️⃣ Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (overnight is best)
