- 6 oz cream cheese, softened

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the spread
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream/yogurt, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
2️⃣ Prepare cucumber
Thinly slice cucumber. Lightly pat dry with paper towel.
3️⃣ Assemble
Spread cream cheese mixture on both slices of bread.
Layer cucumbers evenly. Add pepper or lemon zest if using.
