Ingredients:

1 box Great Value Rotini

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 block Velveeta cheese 16 ounces cubed

1 packet taco seasoning

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Garlic bread for serving

Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

1 Bring a large pot of water to a boil Add the rotini and cook according to the package directions until tender Drain the pasta thoroughly and set it aside

2 Place a large skillet over medium high heat Add the ground beef and break it into small crumbles as it cooks

3 Sprinkle the taco seasoning evenly over the ground beef Continue cooking and stirring until the beef is completely browned and cooked through

4 Carefully drain the excess fat from the skillet Return the skillet to the stove and reduce the heat to low

5 Add the cubed Velveeta cheese and milk to the cooked beef Stir continuously over low heat until the cheese is completely melted and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy

6 Add the cooked rotini to the skillet Sprinkle in the salt black pepper and garlic powder

7 Gently stir the pasta beef and cheese sauce together until the rotini is completely coated and all of the ingredients are evenly combined Continue heating for 2 to 3 minutes until everything is hot

8 Prepare the garlic bread according to the package directions or toast it until heated through and golden brown

9 Divide the Cheesy Beef Rotini among serving plates Place the warm garlic toast alongside the pasta

10 Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the pasta for garnish Serve immediately while the cheese sauce is hot and creamy
