Ingredients

  • 1 lb real lump crab meat (or wild-caught shrimp / low-carb imitation crab)
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free mayonnaise (avocado oil mayo)
  • 1/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Base: Gently flake or chop the crab meat into bite-sized pieces. Add to a large mixing bowl along with the diced celery and sliced green onions.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), fresh lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, chopped dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine: Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Chill & Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Garnish with fresh dill and serve cold with lemon wedges.
