Ingredients List:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 11 oz cooked broccoli (steamed about 5 minutes)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish (or similar size). - Cook the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease. - Make It Creamy
Return the beef to the skillet. Add garlic powder, paprika, crushed red pepper, and cream cheese. Stir over medium-low heat until fully combined and the cream cheese is melted and smooth. - Assemble the Casserole
Spread the cooked broccoli evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spoon the beef mixture over the broccoli. - Add Cream & Cheese
In a small bowl, mix heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Pour evenly over the casserole. Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone evenly on top. - Bake
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned on top. - Serve
Serve hot. Pairs perfectly with a simple side salad.
