2 chicken breasts (butterflied or thin-cut)

1 egg
ยฝ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred for extra crispiness)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Butterfly the chicken breasts or use thin-cut chicken pieces. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 2: Add the Cheese Filling
Place shredded mozzarella inside each chicken breast. Fold the chicken over to seal the filling inside.
Step 3: Prepare the Coating
In a bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 4: Coat the Chicken
Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten egg, making sure it is fully coated.
Step 5: Bread the Chicken
Press the chicken into the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture. Make sure the coating sticks well on all sides.
Step 6: Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the coated chicken in the pan and cook for about 4โ5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
