Double Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients List
2–4 pieces dark chocolate (70% or higher recommended)
2–4 tablespoons heavy cream
Stevia, to taste (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Melt the Chocolate
Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl. Add the heavy cream.

Melt gently using one of the following methods:

Microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each
Or melt over a double boiler on low heat
Stir until completely smooth and glossy.

Step 2: Sweeten (Optional)
Taste the melted chocolate mixture. If desired, add stevia a little at a time, stirring well after each addition until the sweetness is just right for you.

Step 3: Whip for Mousse Texture
Using a spoon, whisk, or small hand mixer, whip the mixture for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened and mousse-like.

For a lighter texture, let the mixture cool slightly before whipping.

Step 4: Chill or Serve
Serve immediately for a soft, creamy mousse, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for a firmer, richer texture.

Additional Notes
Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor.
The more cream you use, the softer the mousse.
This recipe easily doubles or triples.
