🍜 Ground Beef & Snap Pea Rice Noodle Stir-Fry

🧾 Ingredients
8 oz (225 g) rice noodles
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1Β½ cups snap peas
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable or avocado oil (for stir-fry)
Optional garnish: sesame seeds, sliced green onions, chili flakes

1️⃣ Cook noodles

Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2️⃣ Brown beef

Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
3️⃣ Add aromatics & veggies

Add garlic, ginger, and onion to the beef. Stir-fry 1–2 minutes.
Add snap peas and cook 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
4️⃣ Combine noodles & sauce

Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Toss well to coat and heat through, 2–3 minutes.
5️⃣ Serve & garnish

Divide into bowls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, or chili flakes if desired.
