1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1Β½ cups snap peas
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable or avocado oil (for stir-fry)
Optional garnish: sesame seeds, sliced green onions, chili flakes

1οΈβ£ Cook noodles
Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2οΈβ£ Brown beef
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
3οΈβ£ Add aromatics & veggies
Add garlic, ginger, and onion to the beef. Stir-fry 1β2 minutes.
Add snap peas and cook 2β3 minutes until crisp-tender.
4οΈβ£ Combine noodles & sauce
Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Toss well to coat and heat through, 2β3 minutes.

Divide into bowls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, or chili flakes if desired.
