🍪 Healthy Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Chocolate Fudge Cookies

🧾 Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter (natural, no sugar added)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

3️⃣ Add dry ingredients

  • Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.

4️⃣ Shape cookies

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the tray.
  • Flatten slightly with a spatula or your fingers.

5️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 10–12 minutes. Cookies will look soft but set as they cool.

6️⃣ Cool & serve

  • Let cool 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
