- 1 cup cauliflower florets

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
