A delicious low-carb, keto-friendly wrap that tastes like a grilled cheeseburger but without the bun. Juicy beef, melted cheese, and crispy wrap make it perfect for lunch or dinner. 🍔🧀

🧾 Ingredients
Cheeseburger Filling
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp ketchup (sugar-free for keto)
1 tsp mustard
Wrap
4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
4 slices cheddar cheese
¼ cup diced pickles
¼ cup diced tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped onions
Optional Sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
👨‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix in ketchup and mustard and cook another 1–2 minutes.
2️⃣ Assemble wraps
Lay lettuce leaves or tortillas flat.
Place a slice of cheese in the center.
Add 3–4 tablespoons of beef on top.
Sprinkle pickles, tomatoes, and onions.
3️⃣ Wrap and grill
Fold the wrap like a burrito.
Heat a skillet or grill pan with a little butter.
Grill wraps 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and cheese melts.
4️⃣ Serve
Slice in half and drizzle with the optional burger sauce.
