Ingredients
For the Beef
- 1 lbย ground beef

- 1 tspย garlic powder
- 1 tspย Italian seasoning
For the Veggies
- 2ย zucchini, sliced
- 1 cupย cherry tomatoes, halved
- ยฝย red onion, sliced
- 1 tbspย olive oil
For Topping
- โ cupย feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbspย fresh parsley, chopped
For Dressing
- 2 tbspย olive oil
- 1 tbspย lemon juice
- ยฝ tspย oregano
- Pinchย salt & pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Cook the Beef
- Heat a pan over medium heat
- Add ground beef
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
- Cook until browned and fully cooked
- Drain excess grease
2. Cook the Vegetables
- In the same pan, add olive oil
- Sautรฉ zucchini and red onion for 4โ5 minutes
- Cook until slightly tender but still crisp
3. Prepare Dressing
In a small bowl, mix:
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Oregano
- Salt & pepper
4. Assemble
- In a large bowl, combine beef, veggies, and tomatoes
- Drizzle dressing over everything
- Toss gently
5. Finish
- Top with feta cheese and fresh parsley
- Serve warm or slightly chilled

- Donโt overcook zucchini โ keep it slightly crisp
