Cover and rest 20 minutes (very important for softness).

Divide dough into 6 balls.
Roll each ball into a thin circle.
Spread a thin layer of soft butter over the surface.
Cut one slit from center to edge and roll into a cone.
Tuck the end under to form a ball.
Cover and rest 10 minutes.

Roll each ball gently into a 6โ7 inch circle.
Heat a pan on medium.
Cook each flatbread 40โ60 seconds per side until golden spots appear.
Brush with butter while hot.
4๏ธโฃ Fluff the layers
Lightly crush each flatbread between your hands to separate layers.
