Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prep the zucchini
Shred the zucchini and squeeze out as much water as possible using a towel.

2. Make the mixture
In a bowl, combine:
- shredded zucchini
- mozzarella
- Parmesan
- egg
- almond flour
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- black pepper
Mix until well combined.
3. Shape tortillas
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Scoop portions of the mixture and flatten into thin circles (tortilla shape).
