A refreshing, meal-prep-friendly breakfast or snack that transforms simple Greek yogurt and berries into rich, creamy protein bites.
| Prep Time | Freezing Time | Servings | Primary Diet |
| 10 mins | 2 hours | 2 Servings (4–6 bites) | High-Protein / Keto-Friendly |
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (use full-fat for strict Keto, or non-fat for lower calories)
- 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla Protein Powder (Whey-Casein blend or Zero-Carb Isolate)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries (lightly mashed or finely diced)
- 1 tbsp Low-Carb Sweetener (Monk Fruit, Erythritol, or Allulose; use honey if not low-carb)
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and low-carb sweetener until smooth and completely lump-free.
- Add the Berry Swirl: Lightly mash the blueberries in a small dish with a fork. Gently fold the mashed blueberries into the yogurt mixture 2–3 times to create a marbled swirl pattern.
- Mould & Portion: Scoop the mixture evenly into round silicone cake-pop molds (or dollop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet).
- Freeze: Freeze for 1.5 to 2 hours until solid. Store in an airtight container in the freezer and thaw for 2–3 minutes before eating.

Pro Tip: Using a Whey-Casein blend or pure Casein protein powder creates a much thicker, ice-cream-like consistency that freezes better than pure whey isolate!
