Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets (bite-sized)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar (or sweetener)
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare Broccoli
- Wash and cut broccoli into small florets
- Optional: blanch for 1–2 minutes if you prefer softer texture
2. Cook Bacon
- Cook bacon until crispy
- Let cool, then crumble
3. Make Dressing
In a bowl, mix:
- Mayonnaise
- Apple cider vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt & pepper
Stir until smooth and creamy
4. Combine
- In a large bowl, add broccoli, cheese, bacon, and onion
- Pour dressing over
- Toss until everything is well coated
5. Chill
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors blend
6. Serve
Serve cold as a side dish or light meal
