  • 8 oz (225 g)ย rice noodles
  • 1 lb (450 g)ย ground beef
  • 1ยฝ cupsย snap peas
  • 1 smallย onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 clovesย garlic, minced
  • 1 tspย fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbspย soy sauceย or tamari
  • 1 tbspย oyster sauceย (optional)
  • 1 tbspย sesame oil
  • 1 tbspย vegetable or avocado oilย (for stir-fry)
  • Optional garnish: sesame seeds, sliced green onions, chili flakes

  • Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

2๏ธโƒฃ Brown beef

  • Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

3๏ธโƒฃ Add aromatics & veggies

  • Add garlic, ginger, and onion to the beef. Stir-fry 1โ€“2 minutes.
  • Add snap peas and cook 2โ€“3 minutes until crisp-tender.

4๏ธโƒฃ Combine noodles & sauce

  • Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Toss well to coat and heat through, 2โ€“3 minutes.

  • Divide into bowls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, green onions, or chili flakes if desired.
