🧀🦃 Baked Turkey & Cheese Cracker Bites

🧾 Ingredients

  • 20–24 crackers (whole wheat, low-carb, or gluten-free)
  • 6–8 slices deli turkey, cut into small squares
  • 6 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, provolone, or Swiss)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Optional toppings: crushed red pepper, sesame seeds, everything seasoning

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray.

2️⃣ Assemble bites
Place crackers on tray.
Top each with turkey, then cheese.

3️⃣ Season
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and seasoning.
Lightly brush tops.

4️⃣ Bake
Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crisp.

5️⃣ Serve
Cool slightly and enjoy warm and melty.
