Cottage Cheese Cheesy Garlic Bread Sticks 🧄🧀

Soft and cheesy garlic bread sticks with crispy edges and a high-protein twist.

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional topping:

Melted butter

Extra Parmesan cheese

Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or small sheet pan with parchment paper.

Blend cottage cheese and eggs until mostly smooth.

Transfer to a bowl and stir in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Spread the mixture into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and fully set.

Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice into bread sticks.

Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
