🍓 High-Protein Creamy Fruit Salad

Ingredients — 4 servings

Fruit

  • 1½ cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup seedless red or purple grapes
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries, optional

High-protein creamy dressing

  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1–2 tbsp milk, only if needed to thin

Optional toppings

  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Fresh mint

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit: Wash and dry the strawberries and grapes. Cut the strawberries, kiwi, and banana into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the protein cream: Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth. Mix it with Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  3. Adjust consistency: Add a little milk if the dressing is too thick.
  4. Combine: Place all the fruit in a large bowl and gently fold in the creamy protein dressing.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving.
  6. Finish: Sprinkle with chia seeds, nuts, or fresh mint if desired.

Per serving, depending on the yogurt and cottage cheese used:

  • Protein: ~18–22 g
  • Calories: ~250–300
  • Carbohydrates: ~35–40 g
  • Fat: ~4–7 g

Tip: For even more protein, use a high-protein Greek yogurt and increase the cottage cheese to ¾ cup.
