Fruit
- 1½ cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 cup seedless red or purple grapes
- 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 1 large banana, sliced
- ½ cup blueberries, optional
High-protein creamy dressing
- 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 tbsp milk, only if needed to thin
Optional toppings
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds or walnuts
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Fresh mint
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit: Wash and dry the strawberries and grapes. Cut the strawberries, kiwi, and banana into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the protein cream: Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth. Mix it with Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Adjust consistency: Add a little milk if the dressing is too thick.
- Combine: Place all the fruit in a large bowl and gently fold in the creamy protein dressing.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving.
- Finish: Sprinkle with chia seeds, nuts, or fresh mint if desired.
