Creamy Chia Seed Pudding for Heart Health, Blood Sugar and Appetite Support Recipe

A creamy, filling chia pudding made with chia seeds and milk. Chia seeds provide fiber, healthy fats, and plant-based protein, making this an easy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup, optional
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, optional for extra creaminess
  • Fresh berries or chopped fruit, for topping

Instructions

  1. Add chia seeds, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener to a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir thoroughly for 1–2 minutes so the chia seeds don’t clump.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Stir again before serving. Add a splash of milk if it becomes too thick.
  5. Top with berries, fruit, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
