A creamy, filling chia pudding made with chia seeds and milk. Chia seeds provide fiber, healthy fats, and plant-based protein, making this an easy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup, optional

- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, optional for extra creaminess
- Fresh berries or chopped fruit, for topping
Instructions
- Add chia seeds, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener to a bowl or jar.
- Stir thoroughly for 1–2 minutes so the chia seeds don’t clump.
