Strawberry Vanilla Cheesecake Protein Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tsp honey or zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
  • 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, if needed
  • 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers, optional

Instructions

  1. Add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Divide into jars or containers.
  5. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for a thicker, fluffier texture.
  6. Top with crushed graham crackers and a few fresh strawberries before serving.
