Ingredients
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tsp honey or zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
- 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, if needed
- 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers, optional
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, pudding mix, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Divide into jars or containers.
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes for a thicker, fluffier texture.
- Top with crushed graham crackers and a few fresh strawberries before serving.
