Ingredients — 6 wraps

  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Drain excess grease and let the meat cool slightly.
  3. Place a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the center.
  4. Add cooked meat, mozzarella, pepperoni, bell pepper, and onion.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
  6. Lightly toast the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side, if desired.
  7. Let them cool completely before wrapping individually for meal prep.

Storage

  • Refrigerator: Up to 4 days.
  • Freezer: Up to 2–3 months.
  • Reheat refrigerated wraps in an air fryer, oven, or skillet until hot.
