Ingredients — 6 wraps
- 6 medium flour tortillas
- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drain excess grease and let the meat cool slightly.
- Place a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the center.
- Add cooked meat, mozzarella, pepperoni, bell pepper, and onion.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito-style wrap.
- Lightly toast the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side, if desired.
- Let them cool completely before wrapping individually for meal prep.
Storage
- Refrigerator: Up to 4 days.
- Freezer: Up to 2–3 months.
- Reheat refrigerated wraps in an air fryer, oven, or skillet until hot.
