🫐🍌 Creamy Berry Overnight Oats

Creamy, filling, and incredibly easy to prepare the night before. This version is inspired by the oats shown in the picture, with bananas, berries, and crunchy almonds on top.

Ingredients — 1 serving

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1–2 teaspoons zero-calorie sweetener, optional
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

Toppings

  • ½ small banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • A few extra raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon chopped nuts, optional

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Combine the base:
Add oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener to a jar or container.
  2. Add the berries:
Gently fold in the raspberries and blueberries. You can lightly mash a few berries to release their flavor.
  3. Refrigerate:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Stir:
In the morning, stir well. If the oats are too thick, add a splash of almond milk.
  5. Add toppings:
Arrange sliced banana, berries, and almonds on top just before serving.
  6. Serve:
Enjoy chilled, or microwave for about 30–60 seconds if you prefer warm oats.

💡 Tip

For a higher-protein version, add another ¼ cup Greek yogurt or a scoop of protein powder. If you’re calling it “sugar-free,” use unsweetened milk/yogurt and a sweetener with no added sugar—the fruit still naturally contains sugar.
