- ½ cup cottage cheese

- 1 egg

- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup blueberries

- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 1–2 tablespoons blueberry compote or mashed blueberries

- Blend the wet ingredients:
