Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine Greek yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sweetener.
- Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again to prevent chia seeds from clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or overnight until thick and pudding-like.
- Before serving, top with diced apple and a spoonful of peanut butter.
- Add extra cinnamon or chopped nuts if desired.
