Cottage Cheese & Peach Bowl (1 Serving)
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese: 1 cup (200g) – low fat or full fat
- Peaches: 1 cup sliced – fresh or canned in juice (not heavy syrup)
- Honey / Maple syrup: 1 tsp (optional, if peaches are not sweet)
- Cinnamon: a pinch (optional, for flavor)
- Nuts (optional): 1 tsp crushed almonds or walnuts or chia seeds
Instructions:
Step 1: Base
- Put 1 cup cottage cheese in a bowl. Fluff it a little with a spoon.
Step 2: Add peaches
2. If using fresh peaches: Wash, slice, you can add 1 tsp honey and mix.
3. If using canned peaches (like your pic): Drain the juice/syrup, rinse lightly, place on top of cottage cheese. The syrupy ones are already sweet so no honey needed.
Step 3: Garnish & Serve
4. Drizzle honey if you like, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon.
5. Add nuts/seeds for crunch.
6. Serve chilled!

2. Weight Loss Version:
Use low-fat cottage cheese + fresh peach + 1 tbsp chia seeds + no honey.
3. Dessert Version:
Add 1 tbsp granola + honey + cinnamon – tastes like peach cheesecake!
It’s perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or late-night sweet craving.
