Refrigerate for about 2–3 hours until fully set.

Pop bites out of molds and store cold.

The texture turns soft, creamy, and almost melt-in-your-mouth.

WW Point Estimate

Per bite:

  • 0–1 WW points

Depends on protein powder and milk used.

Low-Point Tips

  • Sugar-free Jello keeps calories extremely low.
  • Almond milk lowers points while keeping the creamy texture.
  • Protein powder adds fullness without changing the look much.
  • Silicone molds help create the smooth round shape from the photo.
  • Letting them chill longer improves the viral “soft crystal” texture.
