- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

- ½ cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables: Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes. Slice the cucumbers into rounds, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the onion.
- Combine: Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion to a large mixing bowl.
- Season: Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, and salt over the vegetables.
- Add dressing: Pour the Italian dressing over everything.
- Toss: Gently mix with a large spoon until all the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes so the flavors can blend.
- Serve: Give the salad another gentle toss before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
