Keto Lime Sparkle Bliss Bites

These refreshing keto fruit bites are lightly sweetened with lime and coated in a sparkling sugar-free glaze. They’re perfect for hot summer days, parties, meal prep, or whenever you’re craving something fruity without the carb overload.

Ingredients

For the Bliss Bites

1 cup keto-friendly fruit balls (cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, or a mix)

½ cup fresh blackberries or raspberries

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp powdered allulose or monk fruit sweetener

1 tsp finely grated lime zest

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Optional Sparkle Coating

1 tbsp powdered allulose

½ tsp lime zest

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Fruit

Using a melon baller, scoop balls from your melon of choice. Rinse berries and pat dry.

Step 2: Make the Lime Glaze

In a small bowl, whisk together:

Lime juice

Powdered sweetener

Lime zest

Vanilla extract (if using)

Pinch of salt

Mix until smooth.

Step 3: Coat the Fruit

Place fruit in a mixing bowl and gently toss with the lime glaze until evenly coated.

Step 4: Chill

Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Step 5: Add the Sparkle

Before serving, sprinkle with the optional powdered allulose and lime zest mixture for a frosty, sparkling appearance.

Step 6: Serve

Serve chilled in small dessert cups, jars, or skewers for an elegant keto-friendly treat.

Optional Keto Mint Version 🌿

Add:

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint

Extra lime zest
